About Me

Hi, my name is Lisa. For as long as I can remember, I have loved baking. I remember my mom and my grandmother baking. I remember having the chair pushed up to the counter and dumping that cup of flour or sugar in the bowl and watching as the batter was mixed together. I remember licking the bowl and the spoon clean, then sitting with my nose to the window of the oven watching as whatever was baking got bigger and bigger. I loved hearing the ding of the bell letting us know that it was ready. I loved the smell that would fill the kitchen. I hated waiting for it to cool down enough to take a bite. That first bite was always the best.
